The Animal Rights Alliance, Inc. (T.A.R.A.) Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic for cats is coming to the Putnam Humane Society on Thursday, June 30th!!! Space is limited and appointments and payment must be made in advance through the shelter. The $ 70.00 fee INCLUDES spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, ear cleaning and nail trim.
